With less than a week until the release of Boogie Nights, 2twenty2 caught up with Bang Boogie to find out what we can expect from this release, her take on the game from a female standpoint, and a few other things that go on in the mind of this Fort Myers resident. Take a minute to get to know the fem'cee who goes by the name Bang Boogie, because in case u didn't know, 2011 is the year of the "Boogie Oogie".

1st off let everyone where ur from,
I'm from Fort Myers, Florida.

So the new mixtape, Boogie Nights, is this ur 1st go round?
I've had previous mixtapes, the most recent "Off Safety".

When can we expect that release?
Boogie Nights coming Feb 12 2011.

How long have u been rapping?
I've been rappin since I was just a lil yungin at 9.

How's the feedback and support uve been getting lately been?
Let's just say I've gotten way more yays than nays.

How would u describe ur rap style?
My rap style is that Boogie oogie.

Its no secret that the game is male dominated but we are seeing an abundance of fem'cees making their voices herd, how do u set ur self apart from the pack?
I have that unisexual flow, something both genders can relate to.

Let's say I got a beat and room for u and 2 other artists to get on it..who would those 2 other artists be?
Gimmie Kanye & Alicia Keys, we'd make magic.

Who do u look up to in this game, whether it be business wise or rap?
 I look up to business minded, creative spirits who aren't afraid to express themselves.

Do u often find pple putting u in the "but" catagory, IE she's a good rapper BUT....?
Actually, no. I've been put in the "for" category though. the "she's good FOR a female" argument.

How do u handle the doubters/haters?
Haters don't get handled, I'm all love. if you're not supporting me & giving out positivity you will be ignored.

Back to the mixtape..what kind of material can we expect to hear?
You can expect to hear something you haven't heard before. it's def music you can fly to.

Have u narrowed down how many tracks ur gonna bless us with?
It's going to have 10 tracks, all originals.

2 reasons we should cop Boogie Nights..GO!!
2 reasons : because GOOD music is hard to come by these days & I got that crackola for the feins.
